Easy purees for your Little Angel

With this article, you will learn how to create almost any kind of food puree for your baby without spending a lot of money. If you are a working mom with more than one little angel, then do not worry; this recipe ends all your troubles!

What you will need

  • Fruits and vegetables of your choice (almost all the fruits and vegetables are great for your baby’s health, but make sure that your baby is not allergic to anything before you start.)
  • A cooking pan
  • Silicon cube tray (or any other kind)

Let’s Get to it

1. Get your foods and vegetables from the farmer’s market. Make sure that they are fresh.

Veggies

2. Now, dice the fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces and store them individually in different bowls. If you are looking to create a mixed vegetable or fruits puree, then mix the fruits and vegetables.

Note: It is very important to consider the age of your baby while preparing purees. For example, baby’s younger than 4 months might not be able to digest banana puree or mixed puree properly.

3. Boil the vegetables and fruits separately (if you wish to create individual purees), or together (if you wish to create a mixed puree).
