Are you looking to do something on this weekend. Busy mothers can hardly find any time for the sewing and knitting that is why I bring easy, simple-to-follow tutorials, so you can make something unique for your baby in your limited free time. Today, we are making a cute little bow tie.
1. Measure and cut the fabrics in four small sections as shows in the figure below.
2. Fold and stitch the one side of the base of the bow tie.
3. Similarly, fold and stitch the other part of the base of the bow tie. For the base of the tie, you can also use the front of your husbands’s old ties and join the sections.
4. Now, unite the two separate base sections.
5. Take the other part of the fabric and sew it in a rectangular form.
6. Carefully, fold and sew the four sides of the fabric. The result should look something like the image in the figure below.
7. Place the rectangular fabric on top of the base and stitch it to the center.
8. Now, place the remaining piece of the fabric over the rectangular piece and take it around all the way to the back of the base and stitch. The result should be something like the figure shows below.
9. Now, simply sew the bow to the onesie.
