Feeding your children all the right ingredients can be quite challenging. Not anymore. Today, I am about to share one of the most easiest and yet yummiest recipes of all. Do not worry; you will not need to stand in the kitchen for hours. Scroll down to find the enticing recipe with simple ingredients.

What you will Need

  • 1 bowl of oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup of toasted coconut flakes
  • peanut butter (as per your choice)
  • ½ bowl ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of chia or any other nutritional seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Note: You can add a few drops of olive oil or any other oil of your choice if you wish.

Let’s Begin

Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a help of spoon. (You can also use hands, only if you wish!)

The 10-15 minutes of mixing will produce the following amalgamation.

Put the content in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. Remove the bowl from the fridge and roll the content into small balls.

If you would like cranberry and pistachio flavored energy bites, add ½ cup of pistachio and 1 cup dried cranberries in the other ingredients and follow the procedure discussed above.

For enticing almond energy bites use the following ingredients:

  • 12 oz. dates (any kind)
  • 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon of almond extract (optional)

Use the above-mentioned procedure to create the amazing new flavor of energy bites.

Neutella energy bites

Want more flavors? Use the ingredients below to create Neutella energy bites.

  • 1 /2 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • 2/4 cups of Nutella
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup of roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
