Children can get bored even with the most delicious meals if they get to have them every day. Kids want something exciting, something unique that they can devour in their recess. Ingredients:

  • Slices of white sandwich bread
  • 12 ounces of thinly sliced cheese
  • 1 cup of fruit chutney (for example, mango and cranberry chutney)
  • ½ to 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

Step 1: Grab the slices of bread and form sandwiches with chutney and cheese.

Step 2: Melt the butter in a pan or skillet and individually cook each slice until it starts to show a reddish brown color.

Step 3: Cut each slice in half and wrap them nicely in tissue before placing them in the lunch box.
